Children's Music
Children's music is a specialty of Ron's programs. He connects easily with children and enjoys involving them in his music. Songs may be original and from traditional and contemporary sources. (See sample Children's Music titles at the end of the song list.) Children are encouraged to respond, participate, move, sing, dance, and play rhythm instruments. Humor and high energy are regularly part of the musical experience. Ron has performed at KinderCare, Bright Horizons, and other children's centers and events.

Other Music
Programs may be created for particular themes such as peace, love, and harmony. Sample songs could include Get Together, Shower the People, Last Night I Had the Strangest Dream, This Little Light of Mine, What the World Needs Now is Love, That's What Friends Are For, Swimming to the Other Side, Turn, Turn, Turn, Common Ground, Imagine, and We are the World. Participation is encouraged.

Original Music
Ron's original songs provide a generous helping of intelligence and vitality. They include powerful, personal themes and have won awards in local and national contests. His CD album titled Bridge to the Unknown includes ten songs that are both entertaining and carry a message. The music has elements of several styles including pop, blues, jazz, and folk. The title song is a beautiful ballad about the fear of intimacy. The album also features "New Age Junkie," a satirical look at self-improvement, and "Chief Seattle's Message," a moving, ecological warning based on Chief Seattle's speech in 1854. Ron's music has been played on National Public Radio and WUMB in Boston.

Ron has played nationally in nightclubs, restaurants, residential communities, children centers, coffeehouses, private functions, expositions, Earth Day festivals, and ski areas. Audiences warmly appreciate this imaginative and talented entertainer.
